My cousin told me about a really cool idea I thought I’d share. She is putting her graduation photo on the stamps she is sending her graduation invites to. What?!? I thought you had to be famous or dead (or both) to get your picture on a stamp, but as it turns out, anyone can do it. The only drawback is that each stamp costs more. But I think it’s totally worth it. It shows that little attention to detail and extra effort that truly shows who you are. I’m not graduating yet, but I thought of a few other useful times this would be fun to do (that is when I have to use snail-mail):
Party invites - put a fun photo based on the theme of the party.
Thank you notes - my last b-day party, we took a group pic - perfect for the stamp.
Wedding invitations - when the day comes…
